Our Policy: Returns are granted at our discretion. Gift certificates , credit or gift codes will be given as refunds. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Test crystals: in the event an order is cancelled, 10% of the cost of test crystals will be refunded. All shipping and 2D to 3D costs are non-refundable.
